This study aims to determine the contribution of the performance of the madrasah committee and the leadership of the madrasah head to improving the quality of madrasah. This study uses qualitative methods, and data collection techniques using observation, interviews or document review. The data presented in verbal form is not in the form of numbers. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the contribution of the madrasa committee's performance to improving the quality of infrastructure and human resources at MI Miftashussalamah is in the good category. It has been proven that there is a match between competence and the field of work carried out. Meanwhile, the contribution of the performance of the madrasah committee to improving the quality of infrastructure and human resources at MI Miftashussalamah, Gandamekar Village, Plered District, Purwakarta Regency was in the sufficient category. It is proved that there is a discrepancy between competence and the field of work carried out. The contribution of the madrasa head's leadership to improving the quality of infrastructure and human resources at MI Miftashussalamah is in the good category. It is proved that there is a discrepancy between competence and the field of work. Meanwhile, the contribution of the leadership of the madrasa head to improving the quality of infrastructure and human resources at MI Miftashussalamah is in the sufficient category. It is proved that there is a discrepancy between competence and the field of work carried out.

Leader in the school education world especially headmaster has an important role because he/she influence, co-ordinate, guide, and direct as well as observe all personnel in the matters relating to activities undertaken so an effective and efficient objective could be achieved. Headmaster leadership as the agent of change has an active role in the quality education improvement, so the ability of being a leader is essential. PERAN JAM’IYAH-JAM’IYAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN ILMU AGAMA BAGI MASYARAKAT DI DUSUN SAMBIRATA SUKAJAYA CILAMAYA KARAWANG

This research stems from the phenomenon of low participation and knowledge of religion in Sambirata Village, Sukajaya Village, Cilamaya District, Karawang regency, with the establishment of jam'iyah-jam'iyah which was established more or less 15 years ago, is expected to overcome the low problem of religious knowledge in Sambirata Hamlet.

The method used is descriptive with qualitative approach. The sample as a data source amounted to six people. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation.

Jam'iyah is a collection of people who usually move in the religious field, Sambirata Hamlet is located in the Village Sukajaya District Cilamaya Karawang regency. Jam'iyah in Sambirata Hamlet amounted to 5 jam’iyah, 4 jam’iyah father and 1 jam’iyah mothers.

The result of the research shows that the activities conducted in Jam'iyah in Sambirata are divided into 2 parts: 1 Jam'iyah fathers include: jam'iyah Al-Muflihun, Sirrul huda, Nurrul hikmah, Al-Ikhlas. The activities are reading of munfarijah shalawat, tahlil reading, al-barjanzi reading, mau'idzotul hasanah, prayer. 2 Jam'iyah mothers ie jam'iyah Nisa Al-Hikmah activities are opening, tahlil, rest, mauidzotul hasanah, recitation asma'ul husna, do'a. Jam'iyah in improving the science of religion can be seen that, the role of Jam'iyah is very supportive in improving the science of religion in Dusun Sambirata this is supported by the material presented is the basic science of religion related to daily life such as the science of jurisprudence, Tauhid, tasawwuf and fadhoilul 'charity and also others. Supported from references to the classic book that conveyed the asaatid. And also the use of methods is not just lectures but with question and answer, so that members of Jam'iyah can ask what they do not understand about the science of religion. In the end the members can add insight to the science of religion from what was not known, now to know.

KONSEP AKHLAK KARIMAH DALAM KITAB TA’LIM MUTA’ALLIM

Moral education is education regarding the basics of morality and the virtues of temperament, traits that must be possessed and made into habits by children from infancy until they become a mulatto. With the moral teachings contained in the book of Ta'lim Muta'allim one can implement them in everyday life. . The data source in this article was obtained from the book Ta'lim al-Muta'alim by Sheikh al-Zarnuzi and several secondary sources in the form of supporting and comparative references according to the theme of the article. This paper is a library research using a qualitative approach, which seeks to describe a variable, symptom or situation "as it is", and is not intended to test a particular hypothesis.

After explaining the discussion of the concept of morality in the book of Ta'lim Muta'alim Az-Zarnuji and its relevance, it can be concluded that there are 11 concepts of moral education in the book of Ta'lim Muta'allim, including: 1). chapter on the nature of science, 2) chapter on intention in learning, 3) how to choose knowledge, teachers and friends, 4) glorify science and the scholars, 5) sincerity in seeking knowledge, istiqamah and noble ideals, 6) the beginning of learning , learning measures and discipline, 7) resignation, 8) success time, 9) affection and advice, 10) utilizing time, 9) wara', 10) strong causes of memorization and causes of forgetting, 11) sources and obstacles to sustenance, and age adder and cutter.

As for the relevance of the concept of morals in the book of Ta'lim Muta'allim with noble morals, among others; 1) morals to Allah, 2) morals to oneself, 3) morals to others

Moral education is often complained of by the community, because there are so many phenomena that show disgraceful morals for students, community concerns related to student delinquency, for example, are promiscuity, rampant violence and brawls between students, widespread drug distribution. In general, this study aims to analyze the management of education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah based on Islamic boarding schools in the formation of students' morals, while specifically this study aims to determine (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) implementation, (4) evaluation, and (5) barriers to the management of moral education in Islamic boarding school-based MTs in shaping students' morals. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were the head of the Islamic boarding school, the management, the head of the madrasah, the deputy head of the madrasah, teachers / ustadz and students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation study. The data validity technique used triangulation technique. The results showed that: (1) The management of moral education in Islamic boarding school-based MTs is implemented integrally and the implementation of moral education is that students are guided 24 hours a day by administrators and the main key is role model. (2) Constraints in the implementation of moral education are the lack of coordination between divisions and communication with the parents of students. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of moral education management will be effective if it involves all components of education, both teachers, stakeholders in schools and there is synchronization with Islamic boarding school education

AKTUALISASI NILAI AJARAN ISLAM MELALUI LITERASI BUDAYA SEKOLAH PADA TINGKAT SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA NEGERI 1 PLERED KABUPATEN PURWAKARTA

Islamic teachings have a basic foundation that is used as a reference and guide by all mankind. Islamic teachings include aqidah, shari'ah and morals. School as an educational institution that wants to equip its students to become an institution of control over the moral and social development of society and is able to realize morals, virtuous character and Islamic ethics. A good school culture will give birth to a good ecosystem too. The importance of actualizing Islamic teachings through school culture is expected to make students even better. This study aims to describe the actualization of Islamic teaching values through school culture at SMP Negeri 1 Plered Purwakarta Regency which has been focused on in the research focus, namely 1) How is the actualization of aqidah values in students through school culture at SMP Negeri 1 Plered Purwakarta Regency? 2) How is the actualization of sharia values in students through school culture at SMP Negeri 1 Plered, Purwakarta Regency? 3) How is the actualization of moral values in students through strengthening the school culture at SMP Negeri 1 Plered, Purwakarta Regency This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection uses passive participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data used in this study was by technique triangulation and source triangulation. The findings of this study are 1) Actualization of aqidah values through school culture at SMP Negeri 1 Plered, Purwakarta Regency, namely every morning Kuljumpa activities reading Asmaul Husna, sholawat, dhikr and praying, reciting the Al-Quran 2) Actualization of sharia values through school culture at SMP Negeri 1 Plered in Purwakarta Regency are Duha and Dhuhur prayers in congregation, male and female students' classes are separated and given a partition when gathering, wearing headscarves and long uniforms are not strict for female students, wearing caps for male students. 3) Actualization of moral values through the strengthening of school culture at SMP Negeri 1 Plered Purwakarta Regency is solemnity' when praying dhuha, dhikr and praying, courtesy to teachers, holding charity Fridays which will later be given to students who are less fortunate and orphans , community service on clean Saturdays in order to keep the school clean, throw garbage in the trash and take off shoes before entering class
