This study uses qualitative methods, and data collection techniques using observation, interviews or document review. The data presented in verbal form is not in the form of numbers. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the contribution of the madrasa committee's performance to improving the quality of infrastructure and human resources at MI Miftashussalamah is in the good category. It has been proven that there is a match between competence and the field of work carried out. Meanwhile, the contribution of the performance of the madrasah committee to improving the quality of infrastructure and human resources at MI Miftashussalamah, Gandamekar Village, Plered District, Purwakarta Regency was in the sufficient category. It is proved that there is a discrepancy between competence and the field of work carried out. The contribution of the madrasa head's leadership to improving the quality of infrastructure and human resources at MI Miftashussalamah is in the good category. It is proved that there is a discrepancy between competence and the field of work. The sample as a data source amounted to six people. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation.</em></p> <p><em>Jam'iyah is a collection of people who usually move in the religious field, Sambirata Hamlet is located in the Village Sukajaya District Cilamaya Karawang regency. Jam'iyah in Sambirata Hamlet amounted to 5 jam’iyah, 4 jam’iyah father and 1 jam’iyah mothers.</em></p> <p><em>The result of the research shows that the activities conducted in Jam'iyah in Sambirata are divided into 2 parts: 1 Jam'iyah fathers include: jam'iyah Al-Muflihun, Sirrul huda, Nurrul hikmah, Al-Ikhlas. The activities are reading of munfarijah shalawat, tahlil reading, al-barjanzi reading, mau'idzotul hasanah, prayer. 2 Jam'iyah mothers ie jam'iyah Nisa Al-Hikmah activities are opening, tahlil, rest, mauidzotul hasanah, recitation asma'ul husna, do'a. Jam'iyah in improving the science of religion can be seen that, the role of Jam'iyah is very supportive in improving the science of religion in Dusun Sambirata this is supported by the material presented is the basic science of religion related to daily life such as the science of jurisprudence, Tauhid, tasawwuf and fadhoilul 'charity and also others. With the moral teachings contained in the book of Ta'lim Muta'allim one can implement them in everyday life. . The data source in this article was obtained from the book Ta'lim al-Muta'alim by Sheikh al-Zarnuzi and several secondary sources in the form of supporting and comparative references according to the theme of the article. In general, this study aims to analyze the management of education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah based on Islamic boarding schools in the formation of students' morals, while specifically this study aims to determine (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) implementation, (4) evaluation, and (5) barriers to the management of moral education in Islamic boarding school-based MTs in shaping students' morals. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were the head of the Islamic boarding school, the management, the head of the madrasah, the deputy head of the madrasah, teachers / ustadz and students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation study. The data validity technique used triangulation technique. The results showed that: (1) The management of moral education in Islamic boarding school-based MTs is implemented integrally and the implementation of moral education is that students are guided 24 hours a day by administrators and the main key is role model. (2) Constraints in the implementation of moral education are the lack of coordination between divisions and communication with the parents of students. A good school culture will give birth to a good ecosystem too. The importance of actualizing Islamic teachings through school culture is expected to make students even better. This study aims to describe the actualization of Islamic teaching values ​​through school culture at SMP Negeri 1 Plered Purwakarta Regency which has been focused on in the research focus, namely 1) How is the actualization of aqidah values ​​in students through school culture at SMP Negeri 1 Plered Purwakarta Regency? 2) How is the actualization of sharia values ​​in students through school culture at SMP Negeri 1 Plered, Purwakarta Regency? 3) How is the actualization of moral values ​​in students through strengthening the school culture at SMP Negeri 1 Plered, Purwakarta Regency This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection uses passive participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data used in this study was by technique triangulation and source triangulation.
