PERAN JAM’IYAH-JAM’IYAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN ILMU AGAMA BAGI MASYARAKAT DI DUSUN SAMBIRATA SUKAJAYA CILAMAYA KARAWANG

Abstract

This research stems from the phenomenon of low participation and knowledge of religion in Sambirata Village, Sukajaya Village, Cilamaya District, Karawang regency, with the establishment of jam'iyah-jam'iyah which was established more or less 15 years ago, is expected to overcome the low problem of religious knowledge in Sambirata Hamlet.

The method used is descriptive with qualitative approach. The sample as a data source amounted to six people. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation.

Jam'iyah is a collection of people who usually move in the religious field, Sambirata Hamlet is located in the Village Sukajaya District Cilamaya Karawang regency. Jam'iyah in Sambirata Hamlet amounted to 5 jam’iyah, 4 jam’iyah father and 1 jam’iyah mothers.

The result of the research shows that the activities conducted in Jam'iyah in Sambirata are divided into 2 parts: 1 Jam'iyah fathers include: jam'iyah Al-Muflihun, Sirrul huda, Nurrul hikmah, Al-Ikhlas. The activities are reading of munfarijah shalawat, tahlil reading, al-barjanzi reading, mau'idzotul hasanah, prayer. 2 Jam'iyah mothers ie jam'iyah Nisa Al-Hikmah activities are opening, tahlil, rest, mauidzotul hasanah, recitation asma'ul husna, do'a. Jam'iyah in improving the science of religion can be seen that, the role of Jam'iyah is very supportive in improving the science of religion in Dusun Sambirata this is supported by the material presented is the basic science of religion related to daily life such as the science of jurisprudence, Tauhid, tasawwuf and fadhoilul 'charity and also others. Supported from references to the classic book that conveyed the asaatid. And also the use of methods is not just lectures but with question and answer, so that members of Jam'iyah can ask what they do not understand about the science of religion. In the end the members can add insight to the science of religion from what was not known, now to know.
