Leader in the school education world especially headmaster has an important role because he/she influence, co-ordinate, guide, and direct as well as observe all personnel in the matters relating to activities undertaken so an effective and efficient objective could be achieved. Headmaster leadership as the agent of change has an active role in the quality education improvement, so the ability of being a leader is essential. A good headmaster leadership is capable to manage all educational recourses so the educational objectives both in terms of learning and human resources development could be achieved. Focusing in the headmaster leadership management portrait in MTs Al-Kautsar 1 Bayur lor Cilamaya Kulon, this research will discuss it from several leadership management subs in the school
